Employees' job satisfaction has been an important theme in the area of modern enterprise management research. China is now characterized by transition economy, which is a special stage of development. Therefore, it is of theoretical significance and application value to study the components of job satisfaction,turnover intention, organizational commitment, work performance, job involvement and work-family conflict.This study was issued in the form of the questionnaire. On the pre-trial questionnaire in the light of the short scale MSQ of China's and the job satisfaction surveys of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on the basis of the actual situation of enterprises and experts arrived at the advisory. The 138-sample, analyzed by staff at this stage enterprises in Henan Province of job satisfaction from the eight dimensions of composition: the administrators and policy organizations were satisfied with the work of satisfaction, and return to work the satisfaction of the work appraisal system satisfaction, employee development and training of satisfaction, to support the work of satisfaction, the working relationship satisfaction, the work environment and security of satisfaction. The results show that the questionnaire has a good reliability and validity, can be used as measuring employee satisfaction with the effective tools.Formal study, job satisfaction and the dimensions and the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention, organizational commitment, work performance, job involvement and work-family conflict, such as the relationship. The results showed that overall satisfaction with the work of employee in a more satisfactory level, but on the difference in the larger dimensions. The employee of the work environment and security the highest degree of satisfaction with the work of remuneration and welfare of the minimum level of satisfaction. Employee development and training on the degree of satisfaction with the overall satisfaction with the relevance of the most notable. Job satisfaction and job performance, organizational commitment, job involvement showed significant positive correlation. Job satisfaction a working dimensions of the environment and security and turnover intention, work-family conflict tend to have a significant negative correlation.In the demographic characteristics, the gender of job satisfaction have no significant effect, only in the organizational commitment, to show significant differences. In age, marital status, education level, job status, seniority and work experience of job satisfaction and related factors are significant differences.In the research and analysis on the basis of investigation of the employee of the actual situation, the paper from the working environment, employee development and training, support, pay and benefits of the management proposals.
