This article embarks from the domestic and foreign manufacturing strategy fundamental research present situation, after the theory analyzing, clears the manufacturing strategy connotation, the manufacturing strategy's function to the enterprise overall strategy, and the manufacturing performance measurement and the enterprise Performance measurement's difference and relation, proposes the theory supposition that the manufacturing strategy type and the performance measurement dimension correct match could promote the enterprise achievement. Using the questionnaire survey, and Neely's(1,994) method, it makes the strategic discrimination for the quality strategy, the price (cost) the strategy, the time (speed) the strategy and the elasticity (special demand) the strategic four kinds, and according to Neely (1,994), Chenhall (1,996) and White's (1,996) method, determines some concrete projects, and these projects basis strategy types differences is differentiate for the quality, the cost, the time and the elastic four aspects, by asking volume reply determination each project in the manufacturing strategy importance and its in the present manufacturing performance measurement status. Then, the article uses 7 levels of measures methods which (2,004) used by Jernias and Gani and alters to it 5 levels of measures (5-pointlikert-type scale) which from 1 to 5 to carry on grades, following nine aspects compare with this service unit exterior main competitor: Investment reward, profit, transport business cash current capacity, cost control, new product development, sales volume, market share, market development, human resources development. Then it determines the enterprise's relative performance according to the comparison result. The article uses a letter analytic method and the level analytic method and so on exchanges looks up the obtained data to carry on the statistical analysis. The result shows that, the manufacturing strategy and the performance measurement system correct match is helpful to the promotion enterprise synthesizes the achievement, thus also confirms the fundamental research supposition "the manufacturing strategy and the achievement appraisal system correct match can promote the achievement". In finally the article does the entire appraisal induces summarizes, points out four kinds of manufacturing strategies and the performance measurement dimension conformity model, to promote the manufacturing enterprise achievement and the overall competitive ability.
