Study On The Corporate DNA And The Corporate Heredity Regulation

The theory of life model in the theory of the modern firm is used to research the laws of corporate behavior through biological rules and methods. The corporate heredity theory in the theory of life model is used to research the corporate heredity and variation phenomenon, including the corporate DNA, corporate heredity regulation, corporate variation, genetic engineering of corporation and so on. The corporate DNA is the chief hereditary gene which can control the features of corporation. Researches of corporate DNA are the base for researching corporate inheritance and the beginning for other researching of corporate inheritance.Firstly, the author has researched the six kinds of the corporate DNA models which have set up and analyzed the flaws, and also has discussed the erroneous zones of the research of corporate DNA. Based on it, regarding the enterprise as a vital organism and using analogism, the judging standard for corporate DNA was built. That is the corporate DNA should have the characteristics of stability, control, variability and replication. Judging by this standard, the corporate DNA is composed of four chains, namely the corporate system, the corporate culture, the adapting mechanism to environment, and the adapting system to relevant theories and laws. The author has discussed the relation between four chains and the construct of chains. The theoretical values and the practical values of corporate DNA research were investigated. Based on researches the difference and the similar between corporate DNA and biological DNA, proposed the principle of the corporate DNA construct, elaborated the procedure and the content of the corporate DNA construct.Secondly, based on analogy the biology gene connotation, the new connotation of the corporate gene was endowed and the fraction of the corporate DNA with genetic effect was considered the corporate gene. The author has researched the corporate gene models which have set up and analyzed the flaws. Based on it, a new corporate gene model was set up by analogy. According to the precondition of composing the base-pairs of corporate DNA, we suppose that the base-pairs of corporate DNA refer to individual demand and corporate demand and have discussed the part characteristics of the corporate gene.Finally, based on analogy the biology central dogma, the concept of the corporate central dogma was put forward. The element and transferred model of corporate information were discussed in the corporate central dogma. Based on analogy the biology gene separation and free combination regulation, the author thought the corporation has the heredity regulation similar to the biological gene heredity regulation, and has discussed the corporate gene separation regulation and free combination regulation using analogism. The corporate gene separation regulation indicated the explicit character of corporate A and the implicit character of corporate B carry on merge, in"F2", will appear three genes and three characters. The corporate gene free combination regulation indicated the explicit character"DY"of corporate A and the implicit character"d y"of corporate B carry on merge, in"F2", will appear nine genes and nine characters.
