Research On The Theory Of Six Sigma Promotes The Enterprise Gene Improvement And The Real Diagnosis

Six Sigma manages the law to embark from the customer's demand, takes eliminating the COPQ as the goal. Through FTY, process ability index Cpk, DPMO, it weighs the enterprise quality level, simultaneously sets up its own team and implements the DMAIC model under its leadership, thus to achieve the control and the quality goal. The enterprise gene is in an enterprise value chain. They are the essential factors which bring huge value for the enterprise, the enterprise gene recombination suit to these can make the remarkable contribution to the value chain. Put six sigma and the enterprise gene together, can not only rich enterprise gene recombination theory and the method, cause the enterprise gene recombination "from art to the technology" transformation, but also can practically enhance the enterprise gene recombination success ratio, helps the enterprise to carry on the enterprise gene recombination well.In the introduction part this article elaborated the research background, the significance, the situation of domestic and foreign research ,so can understand the present two kind of theory development conditions, simultaneously show this article the research content, the research technique and the technical route. And summarized the essential feature of six sigma, the enterprise gene recombination condition and the realization step. After study on elementary theory, in the fourth chapter I have studied the feasibility and necessity of their union. Six sigma may provide the technology, the method for the enterprise gene improvement and the reorganization, provide the standardization guiding principle , the implementation frame, also may provide the effective thought and the organization for the enterprise gene recombination , this has provided the feasibility for the union.On the study of basic theory, the fifth chapter proposed the model of six sigma promoting the enterprise gene recombination and proposed five stages of its implementation model. I carried on the system exhaustive elaboration to each stage. Combinning my practice and experience, i has analyzed the CCOD's blue line gown case, confirmed the union not only have the theory value, but also have the very big practical significance.
