Empirical Study On The Correlation Between Foreign Trade And Optimization Of Industrial Structure Of Chongqing

International trade has always been considered as the engine of economic development,and plays an important role in national economy. In the times of Global economy, economy in Chongqing has been increasingly open, and optimization of Industrial structure has to be achieved in further opening. The relation between Foreign trade and optimization of industrial structure is tying up, influence each other by being effect and cause. How to make each other develop harmoniously,facilitate mutually and accelerate the speed of Chongqing's economy are the purposes of writing this thesis. The main body of this thesis consists of seven parts. The first part is introduction, after proposing the theme of this thesis, the theoretical and practical signification of researching is put forward. Besides, introducing researching issues and methods, pointing emphases,difficulties and creative points of this thesis.The second part is the introduction and evaluation of related foreign trade and industrial structure theories. Firstly, interpret several important terms. Secondly, from the research on the relation between foreign trade and industrial structure, demonstrate relevant theories. Thirdly, analyze it from the domestic researching view.Do the literature evaluation in the end.The third part mainly studies the situations of Chongqing's foreign trade and industrial structure through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Firstly, from the views of the whole situation on foreign development,foreign trade dependence degree,foreign structure, demonstrate the situation of Chongqing's foreign development, sum up the problems existing in foreign trade development in Chongqing on the basis of the results. When analyzing Chongqing's industrial structure, pay attention to studying it from different angles, and compare with other countries so as to find the differences. In the fourth part, we focus our efforts on the correlation between Chongqing's foreign trade and industrial structure, it is also the keystone of this thesis. On the basis of substantive data, we intend to clarify the economic effects between foreign trade and industrial structure and to seek their developing trend together with Chongqing's current situations.On the basis of last paragraph, the main task of Chapter five is to prove the correlation by quantitative analysis. Through adopting co-integration test as a tool, testify well about the relation between foreign trade and industrial structure. In the sixth part, after introducing the principles on countermeasures choices, we discuss the strategies that could advance foreign trade on the basis of promoting industrial structure and optimize industrial structure in Chongqing, which are proposed on the basis of accelerating the foreign trade.At the end of this thesis, conclusions are summarized and several suggestions are put forward about further research.
