Studying The Essence Of Knowledge Management System With The Viewpoints Of Self-organizing Theory

This paper is to reveal the essence of knowledge management by the theory of self-organization. Analysis of the Concepts of knowledge and knowledge management showed that knowledge and knowledge management are systematic being and process. Analysis of the self-organizing characteristics of knowledge management system showed that knowledge management system is a self-organizing structure and a self-organizing processes. Analysis of condition and dynamic of knowledge management evolvement showed that the direct dynamic of knowledge management comes from the basic contradictions of the knowledge management aims. As a result, knowledge management is in the self-organized state. Analysis of the essence of the self-organizing evolvement of knowledge management for effective catching up the developing track of knowledge management development. This paper also extended the range of the research by the theory of self-organization.This paper has four parts, the first part is introduction that introduced the situation of this paper's study field and showed which problem this paper would deal with and what is the main thinking and approach to study. It also showed the value in practice and the significance in theory.It also mentioned in the introduction that this paper's innovation is that gave a holly discussion to the essence of knowledge management system of general organization (or enterprise) with the viewpoints of self-organizing theory.The main text includes three chapters. The first chapter introduced the conception, character and evolvement process Of knowledge and knowledge management. And then, in the second chapter, this paper introduced the theory of self-organization. At last, in the third chapter, this paper discussed the essence and the evolvement's condition, dynamic and approach of knowledge management by the theory of self-organization.
