Research On The Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Capability Of My Country's High-tech Industry

At present,the world economy shows a trend of integration and diversification.As a knowledge-intensive industry,high-tech industry produces products with very high added value and remarkable innovation achievements.At present,each country has taken the development of high-tech industry as a powerful measure to enhance national competitiveness.National development comes from economic growth,and high-tech industry is the backbone to promote economic growth.At the same time,it can promote the formation of national competitive advantages in science and technology and enhance the overall national strength.The main core and power source of the development of high-tech industry is technological innovation.Vigorously carrying out technological innovation and improving the ability of industrial technological innovation are the key to promoting the development of high-tech industry and enhancing industrial competitiveness.On the basis of referring to the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the shortcomings and finds the breakthrough point of this paper.Firstly,through literature review,the connotation of high-tech industry,technological innovation and technological innovation ability is defined,the influencing factors of technological innovation ability are sorted out,and the evaluation index and evaluation method are summarized,laying a foundation for the following.Secondly,the development status of technological innovation ability is analyzed from the aspects of production and operation,input of innovative resources,output of innovative resources,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and ability of environmental protection.Again,combing the influence factors of technology innovation ability,making questionnaire,scored the importance index by experts,to build the high technology industry technology innovation ability evaluation index system,compare various evaluation methods at the same time,choose the factor analysis method to evaluate high technology industry technology innovation ability,the article summarizes the 2005-2017"China statistics yearbook on high technology industry(the index data,building the appraisal model of factor analysis,with the help of SPSS software,27 provinces,high technology industry technology innovation can be evaluated,it is concluded that the eastern region,the strongest central and western region second conclusion,Input-output guarantee ability and technological innovation transformation ability are the main factors affecting technological innovation ability.Finally,on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation results,combined with the experience at home and abroad,from the increase of human and capital investment,to improve the ability of technological innovation;To strengthen industrial cooperation and technological exchanges and narrow regional differences;We will establish supportingpolicies for independent innovation and improve our ability to protect the environment.The author puts forward feasible countermeasures to improve the technological innovation ability of China's high-tech industry from four aspects,including mobilizing various forces,establishing and improving the mechanism of technology achievement transformation.This paper further enriches the theory of technological innovation ability through the evaluation and research of technological innovation ability of high-tech industry.At the same time,it is of great practical significance to enhance the technological innovation ability,accelerate the economic transformation and optimize the industrial structure of China's high-tech industry.
