Assessment And Development Countermeasures On The Radical Innovation Capability Of Jiangsu High-tech Enterprises

The radical innovation capability of enterprise largely determined its competition ability, market position and sustainable development. Therefore, the radical innovation ability of high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu province is business leaders and government officials want to know. However, people are known very little of high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu radical innovation ability distribution, average, weak points and Countermeasures of development related issues ", due to the devoted to the study of high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu radical innovation capability of literature is "very few".Firstly, based on the analysis on the characteristic of radical innovation and the nature of radical innovation capability, referred to previous research results, this paper preliminary constructs the evaluation index system of radical innovation; then test the index system through the membership analysis, the correlation analysis and the discernment analysis, on this base, it improves and perfects the evaluation index system, thereby, constructs the scientific and practical evaluation index system of enterprise radical innovation.Secondly, collected from 204 high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu, the relevant data through questionnaire survey, interview and statistical data, and then initially mastered the Jiangsu high-tech enterprises distribution and the average level of radical innovation through the statistical analysis of these data.Thirdly, built a comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise radical innovation ability using the factor analysis method, then, carried out a comprehensive evaluation of the radical innovation capability of 22 Jiangsu high tech enterprises through the model and the evaluation index system of enterprise radical innovation. Then used the cluster analysis method divide the sample into four categories base on the level of radical innovation ability. That is, the first high-tech enterprises, second high-tech enterprises, third high-tech enterprises, fourth high-tech enterprises.Finally, put forward the countermeasures to improve their ability of breakthrough innovation, according to the characteristics and problems of the four kinds of high-tech enterprises.
