| In the era of knowledge-driven economy, technological innovation capability has become the source of the enterprise's profit and development, especially the high-tech enterprises, because the high-tech enterprise is a firm which is developed by advanced technology. Technological innovation capability is the core of competitive power, but whether the high-tech enterprise has the competitive power mainly depends on the company's technological innovation capability. At present, our country has evaluated the high-tech enterprises, which is still mainly the financial appraisal, but its existing questions are quite obvious. Therefore, introducing the non-financial index system, which is the technological innovation capability appraisal system manifesting its development potential, appears to be essential extremely. Based on above consideration, this article chooses"the Evaluation on Technological Innovation Capability of our Country's High-Tech Enterprises"to do research.First, this article proposes the necessity and the importance of carrying on the technological innovation capability evaluation for our country's high-tech enterprises, then defines to the high-tech enterprise and analyzes the present developing situation of our country's entire high-tech industry; then the article designs the technological innovation capability appraisal index system of our country's high-tech enterprises on the base of the reality of our country's high-tech enterprise, using the osculating value method appraisal model, and carries on the technological innovation capability appraisal to four representative high-tech enterprises in communication facility manufacturing industry, which are ZTE(000063), FiberHome Telecommunication(600498), Amoi Electronics (600057), and Huawei Technologies; on the base of them, the article has also carried on the technological innovation risk evaluation and technological innovation effect evaluation. Through the research on evaluation technological innovation capability of our country's high-tech enterprises, on the one hand, it is helpful for the enterprise superintendents to analyze their own technological innovation capability condition and determine the technological capability's development targets; on the other hand, it has great significance of summarizing the technological innovation experience further, strengthening the technological innovation management, perfecting the technological innovation mechanism, adopting the reasonable technological innovation strategy, increasing the technological innovation investment, and maintaining and enhancing the competitive power. |
