The Study On Cooperation Mechanism Among Supply Chain Enterprises

With the growing market economy, more and more enterprises recognize that in the fierce market competition, it is not enough to just rely on the enterprise itself, because the enterprises are facing to all the competitors in the supplying chain rather than an individual competitor. And, supply chain thinking started with production chain, as a new management model and thinking, has gradually obtained the recognition of management circle. Supply chain management is an integrated management thinking, emphasizing cooperation between enterprises. The whole supply chain is involved in many enterprises, and its implementation objectively requires the close partnerships between the enterprises in the supply chain. However, all these enterprises are remaining mutual independent economic entities, having the motives of pursuing their own revenue maximization. Although the supply chain enterprises have common economic interests, the partial benefit conflicts exist meanwhile. Therefore, it is a significant proposition to study how to coordinate the cooperative relations and how to build the cooperation mechanisms in supply chain. The cooperation between enterprises in supply chain needs to overcome information asymmetry and low credit. The cooperation mechanism in supply chain is based on the information-sharing mechanism, and is ensured by credit-building mechanism. Through the benefit-sharing mechanism and risk-sharing mechanism to improve the cooperation mechanism in supply chain enterprises, and eventually establishes a strong, systematic cooperation mechanism in supply chain enterprises.On the basis of fully being aware of the importance of cooperative relations among the enterprises in supply chain management, the thesis starts with the mutual competitive and cooperative relations between these enterprises, elucidates the theoretical basis of the cooperation mechanism, and analyzes the current cooperative situation in the enterprises. Moreover, the thesis points out how to build such cooperative mechanism between the enterprises, realizing internal information sharing, profit sharing and risk sharing, so as to upgrade the entire competitive ability of the whole supply chain and thus achieve the situation of win-win in supply chain enterprises.
