Variation Law Of Talents' Creativity In Natural Science And Its Application

Creative power, which is the essence of talents, is varying with learning and maturity of individuals. To grasp the law of variation of talents'creativity help to develop and utilize talents.This thesis deals with two aspects, including the law of variation of talents'creativity and its application.At the aspect of variation law of talents'creativity, the specialists and scholars have done in-depth research on two methods, and have educed divergent results. The first method that based on statistics shows that the variation law is accord with 3- parameter Weibull distribution, but the second method that based on logic shows that the law is accord with Double-S Curve. The main difference is whether people's creative power declines rapidly once they pass age 45. Using the third method, this thesis defines the concept of creative system, which links creativity research and Reliability Theory. Accordingly, this thesis proves that the law of variation of talent's creativity is accord with multi-Weibull distribution curve that is multi-peak. This conclusion explains why the foregoing research results are divergent, and offers an opinion that the foregoing research can be harmonized.At the aspect of the application of this law, this thesis put forward countermeasures that develop talents for every stage of their life, which based on the multi-peak distribution curve and the analysis of representative samples. Consequently, the aged talents will be developed more effectively, and the talent resources will be wasted less.
