The CY power supply company as a large state-owned enterprises, local absolutemonopoly, relative to other industries, the working environment is stable, theemployment pressure is small, working enthusiasm is not high. But the beginning of anew-round reform, mode of development of the company and grid development modechange,"smart grid, green energy, social responsibility, and quality service" and otherreform measures, put forward higher requirements on the quality of the staff. But for along time, the traditional mode of economic development impact, CY power supply,the lack of research on human resource and its impact on the economic efficiency ofenterprises, the management of human resources only stay in the "personnelmanagement", ignoring the performance, assessment, incentives, constraints on theinitiative of employees, incentive mechanism is not flexible enough, serious restrict theemployee’s enthusiasm and creativity, leads to low efficiency of enterprise.In order to better understand the enterprise incentive mechanism present situation,the author designed a questionnaire survey, the current social universal attention andrecognition of the10incentive factors screening, evaluation of the importance ofincentives by the staff, at the same time, on the basis of the questionnaire survey,choose different departments and professional staff interviews, understanding of CYpower supply company staff for understanding and satisfaction of current incentivemechanism, thus summed up the existing problem and deficiency of incentivemechanism of CY power supply company employees. Through the questionnairesurvey and staff interviews, and finally summarizes the incentive mechanism ofgrass-roots staff of CY power supply company mainly has the following problems: thesalary system needs improvement, performance appraisal is also need to strengthen thesystem of occupation development plan, employees need to complete. Then the designof CY power supply company grass-roots staff incentive mechanism, and set thesecurity measures.
