Nowadays, with the development of knowledge economy and information technology, it has been the currency to realize the importance of electronic commerce. Any trade of the electronic commerce consists of four flows: business flow, information flow, capital flow and logistics. When business flow, information flow and capital flow are realized by the Internet, logistics has become the key factor for customers to choose the E-commerce enterprises. But we are still at the elementary stage of socialism, and the logistics system couldn't support the development of the electronic commerce in China if it stood still.More and more people focus on the study of virtual logistics theory. Virtual logistics enterprises utilize information technology to build a virtual network and all sides would benefit in this way.Based on the virtual logistics theroy, the paper summarizes the e-commerce virtual logistics delivery model in china.Accordingly, it formulates a delivery model, sets up a E-commerce virtual logistics partners selection model, and build a system model of the virtual information platform.At last, the paper puts forward with some suggetions about E-commerce virtual logistic delivery model in China.
