With the rapid development of information network and electroniccommerce, logistics as a sunrise industry is on the rise. Hunan postaldelivery logistics company to make full use of their own competitiveadvantage be richly endowed by nature, the logistics involved ine-commerce, is worth thinking deeply.China postal express logistics business achieved the reorganizationin2009. The ability to select the correct strategy, related to the futuredevelopment of enterprises. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is: thedevelopment strategies of science, effective for the enterprise, to guidethe business activities in the future. In the course of the study, based onthe enterprise strategic management theory as a guide, to the developmentof e-commerce logistics system of Hunan postal express logisticscompany as an example, through in-depth analysis of the externalenvironment, the enterprise, and puts forward the developing direction ofthe field of electronic commerce and logistics integrated express logisticsservice providers. On the basis of empirical analysis, several keystrategies for development of Hunan Post E-commerce logistics papers,namely the express logistics resources integration,“three integration “strategy, the establishment of marketing system and brand constructionstrategy were expounded on, do a preliminary exploration of the future development strategy of the enterprise.
