On the basis of the theory of product life cycle, the systematic dynamic analysis analyzes the actualities and developing trends of residential cultural properties.Finally, to comprehensively apply those theories, the paper carries out a systematic analysis on"Hibiscus Classic Town"on the scent of development process. It explains some existing problems and the counterpart solutions in developing residential cultural properties by examples.
