Research On The Urban Land Use In Jingjiang City

This paper is based on the analyses and longitudinal comparisons to some periods of Jingjiang city development, and combines with some theories of urban land use in western countries. This article try to probe some practical solutions to problems of urban land use in our times.Ingeneral, the paper is made of four parts:1.Based on the analysis to present research,study ways and the region,it Shown that Jingjang is locate in the geography position had decided has the suitable typical nature regarding its city land utilization research. First, it is located Nanjing and in Shanghai's axle wire, accepts the Nanjing metropolis circle and the Shanghai metropolis circle dual radiation. Second, it occupies gold route Yangtze River's north shore, passes in the Jiangyin Bridge association, Jingjiang becomes the bridgehead which the northern Jiangsu, the southern Jiangsu area economy connects rails. Recently, major and medium city research to long triangle area iS quite hot.but also it is restricted in the urban economics scope.Then it is less regarding this local small city research, especially more lacks regarding the small city land utilization research.Therefore, this article research has the certain practical significance.2. The second chapterof thisarticle divides into the establish of towns and the boundary territory vicissitude.This chapter mainly has made the historical review to Jingjiang city territory.Development has summarized Jingjiang tO have the cities to establish of ministrative ownership change situation and city territory scope geography vicissitude.3. The historical period of Jingjiang territory land utilization has divided into the Ming Dynasty before, Ming and Qing Dynasties time, Republic of China time and liberation later and so on in the Jingjiang municipal construction county city land utilization research. Before the Ming Dynasty, Jingjiang city territory land utilization to the agriculture used primarily, the housing used to be next, the region land utilization basically was at without manages the non- plan condition.
