| At present, the competition of the global manufacturing industry has already extended to the innovation, R&D and design stage. The innovation and R&D will decide the future of market. The reality shows that the development of the Qingdao manufacturing industry mostly lacks the technological innovation ability adapting to global competition, especially independent innovation ability.This article designs the technological innovation pattern of manufacturing industry for region and city, through combining the theory and practice of the manufacturing industry and the technological innovation. Five aspects are included in the technological innovation pattern of manufacturing industry: The subject of innovation, the technology system of innovation, the support system of innovation, the environment system of innovation and the translation system of innovation. Thedeficiencies of manufacturing industry in the technological innovation are found by analyzing the technological innovation pattern of manufacturing industry, and some measures to the deficiency are put forward to achieve the purpose of advancing the ability of manufacturing industry technological innovation.This article makes a study of the technological innovation pattern of manufacturing industry in Qingdao based on analyzing the present condition and comparative research (methods include direct comparisons and principal component analysis by dint of SPSS), then sums up and induces the technological innovation pattern of manufacturing industry in Qingdao. At last, this article perfects and constructs the technological innovation pattern of manufacturing industry in Qingdao in allusion to its questions and disparities. This pattern covers three characteristics: First, it grasps the rule of technological innovation, and tallies with the trend of the global manufacturing industry development and the characteristic of the technological innovation; Second, it full absorbs the experiences and strongpoint of the manufacturing industry technological innovation in Yangtze Rive Delta, Pearl River and Jing-jin-ji area, simultaneously enables this technological innovation pattern to have the obvious characteristic of regional economy by close combination with the development of Qingdao and Shandong peninsula manufacturing industry; Third, it accords with the status and function of key city in the manufacture base in Shandong peninsula, and reflects and advances industrial division and technical division of Shandong peninsula manufacturing industry.This article studies on the technological innovation pattern associated with development of the manufacturing industry of local and city to discuss the application in practice of the technological innovation theory, especially technological innovation pattern. It is hoped that the technological innovation pattern of manufacturing industry may guide development of manufacturing enterprises, industry and Shandong peninsula, bring some experiences to the similar manufacturing industry bases and the mid-west developing manufacturing industry areas, and provide a way to advance the ability of manufacturing industry technological innovation. |
