Research On The Technological Innovation Pattern Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Liaoning

Equipment manufacturing industry is the general term of enterprises which provide technical equipment for national economy and national security, and is the industry which manufactures various kinds of technical equipment to meet the development need from each department of national economy. Its importance is self-evident. With the pace of economic globalization continuing to accelerate and international economic competition becoming increasingly fierce, technological innovation plays a decisive role in enhancing international competitiveness and enterprise's survival and development, while whether the technological innovation pattern is suitable or not is the key to success.Based on these, through critical retrospection and inheriting the present research results of innovation theory, with the background of economic and technological globalization and great development of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, with the research object of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry, according to research ideal which is from general to the particularity, this paper systemically researches the selection problem of enterprise technological innovation pattern.First of all, around the three aspects of industrial development process, enterprise's technological innovation status and industrial competitiveness, using historical induction and statistical data analysis method, this paper systemically analyzes the development status of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry in recent years. Second, this paper reviews three technological innovation patterns including independent innovation, imitation innovation and collaborative innovation; on the basis of comparative analysis and theoretical research, describes the internal relations and selection principles of the three innovation patterns; combining the characteristics of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning, around the external environmental factors, technological innovation capability and enterprise life cycle, focus on exploring the key factors that impact enterprise technological innovation pattern mostly. Finally, leaning from existing research results, this paper takes the technical innovation capability, external environmental factors and enterprise life cycle as dimensions, builds the technological innovation pattern space selection model for the equipment manufacturing enterprises, and cites a practical example to verify the operability of the model.This paper uses the method of combining theory with practice all along, through the research, it intends to guide the Liaoning's equipment manufacturing enterprise to better understand the state's major policies and scientifically plan the technological innovation strategy, by selecting the appropriate technological innovation pattern, improve the enterprise's innovation performance, gradually accumulate and enhance the self-innovation capability and ultimately achieve the purpose that improves the whole competitiveness of Liaoning's equipment manufacturing industry.
