Study On Coordination Mechanism Of Agricultural Products Supply Chain

To effectively solve the "agriculture, rural area and farmer" issue, we must vigorously develop the processing industry of agricultural products, as to improve the overall benefits of agriculture. One of the effective ways in which we vigorously develop the processing industry of agricultural products is to implement the agricultural products supply chain management, however, the agricultural products supply chain is composed by different economic entities, each has a different optimized goal and private information, and these optimized goals often conflict with the overall optimized goal. In order to optimize decisions of the agricultural products supply chain, each member of the agricultural products supply chain not only must carry on the partial optimization to own goal, but also must consider the influence of its decision-making to other members and the whole of the agricultural products supply chain, and coordinates with other members, then achieves the overall optimized goal. Therefore, the issue of the agricultural products supply chain coordination has become the important content of the agricultural products supply chain management.The thesis briefly introduces the concept and structure model of the supply chain at first, and draws out the definition of the agricultural products supply chain as well as the vital significance when we lead the thought of supply chain management to the agricultural products processing industry; Then, it points out the definition and type of the agricultural products supply chain coordination from the angle of system science, and in-depth analyses the main obstacles which influence the coordination of the agricultural products supply chain, and emphasizes the effective coordination will be constrained by two basic mechanisms which include contract & incentive mechanisms and interest allocation mechanism within a supply chain; Finally, based on system science, game theory, principal-agent model and organizational behavior theory, the thesis pursues an in-depth research on the two coordination mechanisms and ultimately constructs the systematic framework of coordination mechanism in agricultural products supply chain.
