Studying the quality and price of reservoir inundated farmland which related with immigrant livelihood has significant meaning to accelerate the reasonable exploitation and utilization of water conservancy and hydropower. This paper took the Huangjingping Hydropower Station for example, studied the quality and price of reservoir inundated cultivated land, takes the farmland of narrow sense as the core. It uses the reducing process of incomes to confirm the economical value of the farming land with introducing the model of regression analysis in this method, and then solves some problem in farmland grade-appraisal; By adopting the method of the endowment insurance substitution to quantify social security value and using cost method to quantify security stability value, then confirming the social value of the farmland; Adopting carbon tax law, afforest law of cost and industry oxygen price method of substitution to confirm gas regulating function value, using many methods to quantify the water and soil conservation value at the same time, by confirming the ecological value of the farming land. The total of economical value, social value and ecological value is the general value of reservoir inundated farmland, and the farming land value composition and quantization tend to be intact.According to the analysis, the thesis gets some conclusions:(1) The space distribution characteristic of reservoir inundated farmland price is: first class mainly distributes in lower elevation reservoir inundated lower reaches zone in appraising areas, and many land is gentle slope staked by accumulating things; fourth mainly distributes in higher elevation reservoir inundated upper reaches zone in appraising areas, almost in the middle or under the middle of slope, staked by rockfall deposit; second and third are between the first and fourth.(2) The unit areas total price of reservoir inundated farmland is as follows: Among composition factors of the farming land value, the social magnitude of value is the largest, second is economical value, ecological value is relatively low, but it is important component of farmland price.(3) According to the theory of land external economy, this thesis poses that farmland price is made up economical value, social value and ecological value. On this base, it establishes the model of reservoir inundated farmland total price in Huangjingping hydropower station, and supplies scientific foundation for setting up reasonable compensation mechanism of reservoir inundated farmland.(4) In this study, using the regression analysis method to define the factor and weight coefficient of farmland grade, establishing the regressive analysis comprehensive model of farmland grade to calculate the theoretic net return, the model acquires fine reversion. The model solves some problem in farmland grade-appraisal, unites the work of farmland grade and appraisal, makes many people to use the data of farmland grade-appraisal together; Specialist defining the weight coefficient is omitted, makes renewing gain more and more easily; At the same time, the model establishes foundation to make market comparison approach more scientific, and let market comparison approach stride forward quantitative from experiential method. This farmland grade-appraisal method that setting up the function relation between the price of farmland and their affecting factors suits reservoir inundated farmland which the farmland market isn't growth. With developing of land science and computer using, the regressive analysis comprehensive model will be applied in farmland grade-appraisal.
