Shaanxi Coal Chemical Materials Group Supply Chain Management Informationization Functional Architecture Research

Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group, as an important member of the coal industry, has a large number of resource integration in order to enhance the enterprise’s comprehensive strength. In this environment, Shaanxi Coal Chemical Materials Group is established by Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group to integrate internal material procurement sales system, and optimize the allocation of resources. It is a large modern logistics enterprises, which has the supply chain comprehensive services, the third-party logistics and e-commerce business as a whole. However, because it has been set up in a short time, the business is not yet mature, do not have a unified process and a higher level of information, the urgent need to be in an advanced supply chain management under the guidance of the concept of combing and unified business processes for the construction of information platform to provide guidance and business process foundation.This article is based on supply chain management theory, using theoretical analysis and system analysis method, through to the supply chain management theory and the analysis and research of the domestic advanced cases, and further into Shaanxi Coal Chemical Materials Group subsidiaries conducted field research on business process, analyzed, unity and standardization of business processes, about the difficult business optimization, to perfect the new business, which formed the system of business process of coal supply chain management theory and business practice. On this basis, the function module of supply chain management informationization has planned, and combined with the experience in the implementation of the project management and ERP software, information system construction guarantee measures are put forward.The innovation of this article mainly has the following several aspects:(1) Business processes, using the concept of supply chain management to improve and optimize the coal purchasing enterprise business processes, which conform to the enterprise actual and development goals, and has the reference significance.(2) Informatization construction, on the basis of the supply chain business process combing, the function modules of the information construction has planned, and puts forward the safeguard measures, which has a guiding significance for the coming information construction of Shaanxi coal supplies group supply chain.(3) Business innovation, the supplier management, coal supplies supermarket management, mobile storage management etc, the focus of these industry was studied in this article, which is a feasibility plan, and has a certain popularization value.
