enterprises are not only the manage body in economy activities, but also playing the important roles in social activities. Inevitably, enterprises' management and development will be affected and constrained by social factors. Undertaking corresponding social responsibility has become an important factor for the success of the modern enterprises.This paper based on principles of universal relations, and surpasses the traditional "dichotomy" mentality using "win-win" thinking ,and advocate that when enterprises is creating profits and responsible for the interests of shareholders, they must bear responsibilities for consumers; employees, communities and the environment as well. The implementation of corporate social responsibility, asks the government for fulfilling its responsibilities,and should uphold the government guidance, binding mechanism, industry promotion, corporations and social participation, mobilizing the various enthusiasm to carry out the work of corporate social responsibility in all aspects and levels. Fulfill social responsibilities should not be seen as an additional cost of trading by enterprises. Instead, a clear strategy of corporate social responsibility can increase profits,and is helpful to reinforce positive images of enterprise,and also can promote the long-term prosperity, which have a significant benefit to the sustainable development of enterprises.
