Land use dynamic change and effect forces form one of the major aspects and hotspots of the researches about geographical process, it's very important to protect the development of the district economy and environment. Shiping was selected as the research area, which was a typical regional case study of Yun Gui Plateau.The paper took the established database of present land use situation in 1992 and SPOT5 in 2005 as the data sources, and extract the change information. Based on analyzing and appraising the information, first this paper adopted the dynamic change models to analyze the Dynamic change of land use, then seeked the dynamic change law of land use; second used mathematical statistical method to analyze the farmland change driving forces to offer basis to synthetic researches of land use dynamic change, efficient adjust in land use structure, so as to put forward countermeasures about the sustainable utilization of regional land. The conclusions of this research were as follows:(1)The main current structure of land use in Shiping were farmland, unutilized land and forestland, and the ratio of forestland reached 62.42%.The ratio of land use was much higher than the average level of the national's, which reached 83.54%. The change of land use structure and was much bigger in 1999~2005 than in 1992~1999. The main trend of this change from 1992 to 2005 show that the area of unutilized land and grassland reduced remarkably, meanwhile farmland, garden land, forestland, cultivated land and water area, increased notably. And during research time, the biggest reduction of unutilized land happened which reached 19624.91 hm2. The change speed was different in land use,and except garden land,otehers'speed was much faster in 1999~2005 than in 1992~1999. Because of transforming unutilized land to farmland, the farmland increased biggest, reached 7473.79 hm2.The differences of changing speed was big in Shiping in 1992~2005.For comparative economic, the speed of garden land is changed fastest, reached 19.65%. The changing speed of forest was minimum, reached 0.27%.(2) The matrix of land use diversion was different during two time, and was much higher in 1999~2005 than in 1992~2009.The ratio of unutilized land diversion was 2.76% in the first time, 45.00% in the last time; The different in traffic land was lowest, The ratio of diversion was 0.00% in the first time,1.50% in the last time. The dynamic land use change from 1992~2005 was mainly characterized by the phenomenon that the farmland, forestland and unutilized land were transformed to each other. The ratio of change in farmland was 19.26% that equal to 7316.73 hm2, and mainly change to forestland, garden area and cultivated land. The increased farmland reached 14790.52 hm2, and mainly came from forestland and unutilized land. The ratio of change in forest was 11.45% that equal to 20980.40hm2,and mainly change to farmland and unutilized land. The increased land came from farmland and unutilized land too, reached 27489.48 hm2. The ratio of change in unutilized land was much higher and reached 46.52% that equal to 32679.85hm2, and mainly change to farmland and forestland. The increased unutilized land reached 14790.52 hm2, and mainly came from forestland.(3)The synthetic degree of land use was 204.88 in 2005, and much lower than 220,the level of national's. Analyze 1992,1999 and 2005, except Yi long and Niu-jie country, others synthetic degree of land use was higher than Shiping. it was the biggest in Long-peng country in 2005, reached 217.96,and lowest in Niu-jie country, reached 217.96. durry 1992~1999 and 1999~2005,the change of synthetic was slow in first time and fast in last time. The change was fast from 1997 to 2005 for synthetic degree, reached 11.67. The speed of synthetic degree change was the fastest in Shao-chong country, reached 11.67,and slowest one was Xin-cheng country, reached 5.23.(4)There were comparatively obvious regional differences in land use, and there existed dramatic differences among areas in the same land type. The north became the hotspot of Shiping. The relative changing rate of land use was biggest in Shao-chong country, reached 9.07, and the lowest one was farmland in Long-peng country, reached 0.02. The relative changing rate of land use in was lower than the other.(5) Based on adopted mathematical statistical method to analyze the farmland change driving forces. The farmland change in the Shiping caused by nature factor was not obviously, and some functional relation was built as Y=33217.56-0.53X8+17.02X9+0.38X10,it indicates that the farmland change was mainly caused by fruit yield, net income of farmer and the place fixed investment.
