Risk Analysis Of Software Industry Carrying On The International Industry Transfer

Software industry is an intensive capital and technology industry with high permeability and high-proliferation, which may affect other industries and boost national economic growth, social prosperity and national security tremendously. Since the age of 1990, there has been the third global international industrial transfer to a climax. Therefore, it is of great significance to make a systematic analysis on risks of software industry carrying on international industrial transfer, to research the influences of every risk factors and to establish effective risk prevention measures.This paper studies the risk of software industry carrying on international transfer. Through recognizing the main influencing factors and key issues of accepter, it explores how to control these factors to improve effect of international transfer. It includes three parts: theoretical derivations, empirical research and conclusion.In the part of the theory, this paper introduces the situation of software industry and industry transfer; then recalls the research development course of industrial transfer theory and reviews product life cycle theory. Based on the study and summary of domestic and international experts on the risk factors of industrial transfer and the self-characteristics of software industry, this paper forms research thoughts, and puts forward the corresponding theoretical assumptions and research model. It absorbs the essence of predecessors, gets rid of its shortcomings, and considers Chinese present situation of software industry carrying on international industry transfer.In the part of empirical research, this paper makes an argumentation to the identification of risk factors, through questionnaire interviews with 6 experts first, then maks an investigation to different types of software enterprises by questionnaires. Through quantitative analysis, there are 9 factors to be got in three dimensions including macro political and economic, middle industry market and micro enterprise. It further verifies the relationship between these factors and carrying effect, then finds the key risk factors at the current stage of Chinese software enterprises, and modifies relationship model of the risk factors and carrying effect. Research is carried out in two phases, the first phase is the research literature and interview, which includes understanding of composition of software industry carrying on international industry standard and risk factors indicators, initially forms and validates the idea of this study. The second stage is the stage of research questionnaires aiming at questionnaire survey of software enterprises in China. And we get the final results through analyzing statistical datas.In conclusion, Suggestions for the software industry carrying on international industrial transfer are put forward from the two dimensions of the macro economic policy industry and micro enterprises; Finally, it makes an expectation.
