One economic-growing situation, called as industrial rise, started in Russia in the late19th century when Russian capitalism developed rapidly. It resulted from joint roles ofdiverse factors among which the following ones are major, successful accomplishment ofindustrial revolution, economic policy of Czar government, relatively rich naturalresources, and international economic environment in the late 19th century. Theparticularity of Russian economic growth was determined by these developing items inhistory such as interference from nation in economic growth, much import of overseasinvestment, high concentration in production, imbalance of economic growth andinefficient use of national resources. Finally, by the inspiration of rapid industrial growth,scale of population migration was enlarged, change of Russian social structure wasspeeded up, urbanization was accelerated, a series of questions were made, whole socialany conception was improved greatly. However, Russia was still ruled by old feudal Czardictatorship. The seniority of economic and social growth contradicted with oldness ofdictatorship badly, then this intensification of the contradiction led to revolution.
