Study On The Development Of The Rural Tourism On The Fringe Of The Scenic Area

With the accelerating development of national economy, the people's standard of living and culture have improved gradually. Today, leisure and travel are getting more and more important in people's life in our country. However, the accelerating development of inbound travel and domestic tourism has been making most of famous scenic spots face severe challenges for a large of tourists pour into there which would induce their carrying capacity is overloading, especially in Golden Week. To develop tourism on the fringe of the famous scenic area can not only resolve the problem effectively but also let the society, economy and environment develop harmoniously. In this thesis, the author anatomizes the mechanism of occurrence and characteristics of rural tourism on the fringe of the famous scenic spot. Based on the mechanism of occurrence and characteristics he offers that the development of rural tourism on the fringe of the famous scenic spot should base on the Core-periphery theory, the system theory, the sustainable theory .The development should base on the interaction of the famous scenic spot and rural tourism.We believe that rural tourism on the fringe of the scenic area has unique development environment, with abound tourism resource, and has a very large developing space. The rural tourism on periphery of the famous scenic area is able to giving organic compensation to the insufficiency of the scenic area tour products; it also can meet the tourists'needs, and enrich the tourist tour experience, so it has the fine marketplace prospect. The exploration of the rural tourism on the fringe of the scenic area is beneficial to the core scenic area sustainable development, and is also beneficial to rural economy sustainable development. The principles and ways that the rural tourism on the fringe of the scenic area also have certain particularity, it should carry out an integrated planning rely on the core scenic area, reinforce the core driving and the border building, stressing on advantage complementation, coordination with the development of the margin area, to pushing forward the interactive development of the core scenic area and rural tourism, realize the region tour sustainable development.In order to better study on the development of the rural tourism on the fringe of the scenic area, the paper taking Lao Dong Village of Fenghuang County as an example to demonstrate. The tourism development of the Lao Dong Village should emphasize on the complementarily with the eight scenic spots areas in Fenghuang ancient city, stressing science planning, excavating the connotation of national culture, develops the experiencing tour products with the Miao nationality culture.
