Study On Land Use Structure And Land Resource Allocation In Jilin Province

Land is the unsubstitution material base which the humanity cannot leave. With the development of society and population, land resource has become the world problem about areas where people live. On the premise of the limits about land resource, how to distribute land resource and make it reasonable will come true through land resource reasonably allocation. At the same time, we must make the resource product more productions and give service to society and we cannot make the environment contaminated.The land resource reasonable disposition is advantageous to the region economy development; similarly, the economy development of Jilin Province also cannot leave the land utilization structure optimization. In recent years, Jilin Province takes as the national important industry and agriculture production base, it's economy has obtained the huge development because of increasing the development dynamics, and it has consumed the massive land resource, but along with this, a series questions such as cultivated area reduction, land environmental pollution and soil erosion appeared. The positive cycle of ecosystem has already been destructed. Therefore, in order to solve land resource allocation problems, we have to carry on the effective measures to utilize the land structure. So study on the optimized disposition of land utilization structure in Jilin Province has the important theory value and the practice significance.Based on land resource allocation theory, the content of this research mainly adopts the methods of empirical and normal analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, comparison and statistics analysis to induce the problems which exist in the process of the land resource allocation in Jilin Province with land use structure Shannon entropy. Proposing the development goal and mentality of the land resource allocation with the method of the correlated theory, and constructing the land resource optimized allocation model suits Jilin Province sentiment in order to provide the corresponding theory strut and the certain science reference of the land resource reasonable allocation in Jilin Province.Main research contents as follows:The first part: Expounding the important significances and background of the study; summarizing the related research on this aspect; making clear research contents, methods and technical route; introducing the theoretical foundation as well as correlation concepts.The second part: Based on the widespread collection of masteries of nature and social economy, analyzing on present land resource using situation and dynamic change characteristic of each kind of land use area in Jilin Province using statistical data embarking from the land resource disposition related theory; Analyzing on the degree of the land use system in Jilin Province from 1996-2006 with the land use structure information Shannon and providing the basis for the land resource optimization allocation through the analyzing on the present land use situation and dynamic change; Finally unifying the results of quantitative and qualitative and pointing out the problems existing in the process of land utilization.The third part: Unifying the actual situation and the need of research on land resource optimization allocation and allocating optimally the land resource in Jilin Province with the law of goal planning of the economic efficiency maximization based on the analyzing on the present land use situation and dynamic change. Establishing the optimization structure model, obtaining the allocation plan of the structure optimization, pointing out the adjustment directions of the land use and proposing the suggestions and the measures of the land resource optimization allocation in Jilin ProvinceThe fourth part: Research conclusions and some suggestions.
