| Recently, the countryside has developed fast with the enhancement of valuing degree and popularization of research about "three Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry". But it is not satisfied of solution of the labor force employment question which is the main form of development of countryside. Feminine labor force accounts for 65% above of the rural labor force total, therefore the countryside feminine labor force employment question should be paid enough attention, and the contribution to the countryside development of countryside female can't be neglected.This paper chooses main agricultural province Heilongjiang as the research object. Investigated Changan town of Bin town in depth, understanding the countryside feminine labor force employment characteristic, factors influent employment as well as countryside feminine labor force employment tendency of Changan town; Studied the positive influence of Heilongjiang Province countryside feminine labor force employment to countryside development ;Finally, in allusion to the countryside feminine labor force employment characteristic and factors affecting employment, suggestions are invited for the countryside feminine labor force employment according to conception guidance of the countryside feminine labor force, manpower capital investment and social environment, shooting for full employment of the countryside feminine labor force. Using SAS8.2 software and taking on Logistic regression analysis when analyzing factors affects the countryside feminine labor force employment. Establish the linearity relational model of countryside feminine labor force employment to the average consumption level per capita of countryside residents, the employment income and per person GDP, analysis the effect of employment income to the life of urban residents. Specially assesses the contribution of educational background of countryside feminine labor force to the rural economy development. |
