Study On Technological Innovation Strategy Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In China

With the steady improvement of China's socialist market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)have played a more active role and showed the more vigor in China , which will greatly promote the country's economic development. However, there are still some gaps in the development of China's SMEs in comparison with the foreign developed countries, especially in the areas of technological innovation. New problems have arisen and hampered the further development of China's SMEs. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent that we should study innovation strategies of SMEs in China. Firstly, the paper has a brief overview of the general theory of SMEs in technological innovation. Then the theoretical model of technological innovation strategy is built up on the basis of the above analysis and the model of the operation mechanism is analyzed. Secondly, the successful experience in technological innovation from the United States, Japan and other developed countries gives China the some inspirations by analyzing the current situation of technological innovation of China's SMEs and probing the causes of the problems. Thirdly, according to the environment analysis of SMEs'technological innovation, the technological innovation strategies are obtained in China. These strategies consist of independent innovation, imitating innovation and cooperative innovation. In addition, the different types of SME technological innovation strategies match the different SMEs and the enforcement points are raised for the different types of the strategies. Fourthly, the supporting system is constructed in order to implement technological innovation strategies. Finally, sum up the SMEs'technological innovation strategies and look forward to the future.
