Study On The Evaluation System Of Technological Innovation Capability Of Smes

SMEs has an extremely important strategic position in China’s economic development,and there is a direct relationship between the growth of enterprise and its technical innovation ability. The technological innovation capability of SMEs can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and plays an important role in the China’s economic strength and international competitiveness, so how to evaluate the technological innovation ability of the SMEs is becoming an important issue.But the technology innovation ability of SMEs in our country is very weak,innovation system is incomplete.Thus the enhances of the enterprise’s technological innovation ability must be based on the accurate evaluation system.Only take the road of innovation,SMEs in China can have strong growth in the new environment.Through the research on the evaluation of the technological innovation ability of SMEs,this paper helps enterprises to make sense innovation strategy, strengthen technical innovation management,have a definite object to increase investment in technical innovation,improve technology innovation mechanism, maintain and improve the competition advantage.First of all,this article summaried the related theories about the technology innovation ability evaluation,through large number of researches of domestic and foreign scholars.And then constructed technology innovation ability evaluation index system of SMEs from four aspects such as human resources factor,R&D investment factor,absorption efficiency factor and environmental factor,based on the innovation process.Secondly,this paper uses authoritative data which is disclosed by the SMEs listed on the stock market.lt also used the factor analysis method to study the factors which infuenced the technology innovation ability of SMEs.The results showed the R&D investment and human resource are the most important factors which impacted the technological innovation of SMEs.Based on that,this paper raised several suggestions on how to enhance innovation ability and improve competitiveness.Now this paper reaches the following conclusions:(1) the R&D investment and human resource are the most important factors which impacted the technological innovation of SMEs.(2) The technological innovation capability is greatly influenced by wo indicators,which is average educational level of employees and intensity of the capital invested on R&D.(3)The growth of SMEs has significant positive correlation with the technological innovation capability.
