Study On The Building Of Traceability Method Of Seafood In China

Food safety is one important public issue to people's health, as it not only involves in consumer's health, but also relates to normal development in one state's economy, stable society and its government's prestige. Over recent years along with the social, scientific and technical progresses, international food pollution events continuously occurred which posed the serious threat to human health, the various governments international organizations work hard to finding new methods of safety control. Product-tracing is approved to be an effective measure to risk-controlling. With the establishment of relative regulation of traceability, the requirement of traceability of food (include fishery products) become more and more strict,"trace"will be another trade barrier in the future.As the important part of foods, seafoods are loved by multitudinous consumers, but the safety problem in our country didn't turn up trumps. China is rich in fish and fish products, the production and the consumption of fishery products have been the number one of the world for many years. But the accommodation chains of seafoods in China are complex and there are much safety factors. For self-protect, Consumers want to know more information about product; On the same time, China have important markets in EU,USA and Japan, requirement of traceability of seafoods in these country become more and more evidence. To meet the requirement of consumers and out-put countries and to answer the trace-barrier, traceability systems of seafoods must be erected.The problems of how to choose and erect the system of traceability are posed before us, which are must be settled as soon as possible. Through the analysis and sum-up,this study pointed the connotation of trace and traceability,generalizes the functions and contents of traceability, analyzed the actuality of the fishery in our country and pointed out the principles and advanced the countermeasures. Under guideline of these principles, consulting admittance system,crab-tag system and other advanced traceability manage system,this study conformed three trace-scheme:ticket scheme,trace-tag scheme and trace-card scheme.In the trace-card scheme , article set up coding system and recording system based on the providing chain,regulate the request of traceability and implementing scheme.Though contrast of these schemes, pointed that the traceability system should be established gradually in China.Based on the actuality of he fishery in our country, the article constructed three trace-scheme in different levels: ticket scheme, trace-tag scheme and trace-card scheme.And point out traceability system should be erected gradually, these three scheme should be implemented in different period.
