Research And Design Of Traceability System Of Seafood Mushrooms

The traceability system not only helps enhance consumers' overall attention and monitoring of purchased products,but also it is beneficial to the integration of management and control of producers,improving enterprise competitiveness,promoting development of production.This article is based on the support of the research project of Ningxia University,the object of the study is to take the mushroom from the Pengyang base in southern Ningxia as an example,it is based on the data collected during the cultivation of the seafood mushroom and the information on the seafood mushroom,studying the Information Collection Process Based on RFID Technology,and use database technology,two-dimensional code technology and dynamic web technology for information query,application platform for traceability system of seafood mushroom is established preliminarily,realizing the traceability and inquiry of traceable sources of seafood mushrooms from Liupanshan Rare Edible Fungi Base(hereinafter referred to as Pengyang Base)in Pengyang of Ningxia.The content of this paper's research involves the following three aspects:(1)Designing the macro-frame of seafood mushrooms traceability system,through the analysis of the actual situation and the cultivation process of seafood mushroom cultivation,the information of seafood mushrooms collection by batch statistics,and ultimately use the QR code as a product traceability channel,design the process and method for the collection of seafood mushrooms information.(2)Researching on the Application of RFID in the Traceability System of Pengyang Seafood Mushroom.Using electronic tags to identify each batch of seafood mushrooms,read data information for each process through a stationary RFID reader,upload to background database.Utilizing database to manage the information of seafood mushrooms cultivation and sales process,realize real-time tracking and monitoring to production of seafood mushroom.(3)Designing system application platforms based on the needs of traceability system.Utilizing ASP.NET dynamic web development technology to design and develop the main functional modules of the system platform,creating a traceability information database using SQL Server Compact,connect the traceability system platform to the database.Establishing a traceability platform for seafood applying to Pengyang base.Taking Pengyang Base as a platform,this paper uses the key technology of traceability to initially complete the main functions of the traceability system to seafood mushroom,establishing Pengyang Seafood Traceability System,this system can provide reference for similar small and micro enterprises,but in the actual application also need to continue to improve,extending the breadth of traceability information,improving the traceability function,making consumers have a better user experience.
