Study Of The Technological Innovation Capability Of Enterprises Of The Old Industrial Base In Sichuan Province

Technology innovation has been the guarantee of the existence and development for enterprises. Nowadays the core competition between countries all over the world is determined by technology innovation competence.The old industrial base of Sichuan is hard to adapt to new peaceful construction as well as market economy, which consequently triggers a series of deep-rooted problems and hinders the economic growth of Sichuan Province. How to invigorate and boost the development of the old industrial base so as to activate overall economic growth of the whole province is an urgent strategic task facing us at present.For a long time the products are not competitive as they are not high technical but waste so much energy and not stable which is due to the companies in the old industrial base are lack of the ability of innovation. The ability of technical innovation has been the determination for their survival and development. None but technique innovation can help adjust the style of products and industries and promote the district economy to develop in a harmony way. None but technique innovation can improve the status of enterprises and boost the industry standard of production. None but technique innovation can enhance the development ability of enterprises. In this case, how to make the standard to judge the level of technique innovation and how to make good use of this standard to analysis and to find the problem of companies even to accelerate the ability of technique innovation is becoming very important.The prospect of the old industrial base of Sichuan must rely on the development of enterprises. And the development of enterprises leans on the improvement of technology. However, the improvement of technology depends on the independence innovation of enterprises. In order to speed the industrialization course and widen the way of economic development of the province we should boost the industry of the old industrial base relying on the technical innovation of enterprises.This paper reviews the companies' technique innovation ability using the above standard and analyze the reason why the companies' technique innovation ability is not as well as what we expect. Then it gives us some suggestions on how to boost the ability. The primary content is as follows:The first part is referring to the background, purpose and meaning of this research as well as the research summarize, the innovation and deficiency. The second part summarizes the theories about the technique innovation and old industrial base in foreign and domestic. The third part make the standard which is using to analyze and judge the companies' ability of technique innovation in old industrial base of Sichuan province and figure out that the level of technique innovation ability is very low. The forth part then analyze the reason and the fifth part analyzes the advantage and disadvantage which are influence this ability. At last the sixth part gives some suggestions on how to improve the technique innovation ability.
