Research On Technological Innovation Ability Of Hubei Province Industrial Enterprises Above Designated Size

With the development of society and the coming of the era of information economy,science and technology as the first productivity has attracted much more attention,and technological innovative ability has become a measure of a region and even the national core competitiveness of the key factors.However,our country is in a critical period of reform of market economic system nowadays,economic development model is making the transition gradually from the resource consumption to innovation-driven,the role and status of technology innovation is highlighting,reinforcing the capacity of technology innovation,building an innovative country,constructing an innovative society,becoming the core of development strategy in our country,is the key to enhance the comprehensive national strength.Hubei province as a traditional old industrial base in China,the development of industrial enterprises above designated size to change the way of economic development in Hubei province,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has a vital role.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the technical innovation ability of industrial enterprises in Hubei province.This paper first reviews and combed the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,including innovation,technology innovation,enterprise technology innovation ability,etc.,the purpose is to provide certain theoretical basis for the research of full text;Secondly,the overall development situation of the industrial enterprises above designated size in Hubei province are briefly introduced,and from the technical innovation investment present situation,the current output current situation of technology innovation,technology innovation supporting environment three sides facing the industrial enterprises above designated size in Hubei province technology innovation present situation has carried on the thorough analysis,the understanding to the industrial enterprises above designated size in Hubei province technology innovation investment remains to be enhanced,technological innovation output needs to be improved;Thirdly,fully absorbed in reference,on the basis of predecessors' research results and experience,constructs the evaluation of the industrial enterprises above designated size in Hubei province technology innovation ability index system,using factor analysis method to the national statistical data of 30 provinces in 2015 were calculated,by the provinces above designated size industrial enterprises technical innovation ability scores and rankings,and by calculating the index score and ranking situation,find out the influence of Hubei industrial enterprises above designated size technology to further improve the innovation ability,the main factors are per capita spending on R&D personnel,technical market turnover,expenses in domestic research institutions and universities,the number of patent applications and technology acquisition and reconstruction expense,and the ability of technology innovation of industrial enterprises above designated size in Hubei,analyzed the dynamic dimension for 2013-2015 technology innovation capability evaluation score and ranking,from the result,nearly three years in Hubei province industrial enterprise technology innovation ability has the obvious downward trend;Finally,based on the analysis of above results,from the enterprise,government,external environment three aspects put forward the targeted countermeasures and Suggestions,the first is to strengthen enterprise innovation main body status,the second is to play a role of the government guide and promote,the third is to improve the external environment of technological innovation.
