With the knowledge economy era coming, the economic growth mode of enterprises has undergone an essential change. In the process of creating value, knowledge has become the basic and the most important one of productive elements, its function and efficiency is far more than that of traditional materials, capital and other productive elements. Go without saying, knowledge employees who possess solid knowledge and can apply it flexibly to create value, always act as a helmsman in this day. Compared with non-knowledge staffs, knowledge employees have their own peculiarity in such aspects as individual features, mental needs,sense of values,working arrangements etc. At present, many enterprises are faced with many serious problems, such as frequent drains of knowledge employees, sub-optimal job satisfaction, their creative ability in work not to be given full play etc, which is a great challenge to traditional manage models. Nowadays, how to effectively motivate knowledge employees and promote their creativity and enthusiasm for the work has become a theme or motif of modern enterprise sustainable development.Based on the review of the current research on the incentive theory or method of knowledge employees at both home and abroad, the connotation of knowledge employees as well as, this paper deeply analyzes knowledge employees'bright personality characteristic and unique job-character, reviews on the incentive mechanism of knowledge employees in Chinese companies, and sums up its limitation on current incentive mechanism of knowledge employees in domestic enterprises. In order to solve these problems,firstly, a more just, fair and transparent performance evaluation program has been established using fuzzy mathematics theory, which has laid a solid foundation and provided a more reliable basis for the design of knowledge employees incentive mechanism. Secondly, based on the research results of predecessors, this paper analyzes and integrates incentive factors of knowledge employees, and builds a comprehensive environmental incentive model for knowledge employees with originality. Finally, after a deep analysis of various incentive factors on the model has been given,carefully design the incentive mechanism of knowledge employees for Chinese companies.
