With the rapid development of the information era in twenty-first Century the traditional manufacturing industries often depand on experience, which lead to information delay, management and production disconnet, production command lag and so on. So how to use powerful computer software system to overcome the problems in the process of manufacturing is a research and discussion in manufacturing enterprises.Manufacturing Execution System already has been built according to its own characteristics in many large manufacturing enterprises, the main purpose is to provide real-time information system, quality analysis system, equipment maintenance management system, energy consumption management system, batch management system, production cost accounting system, production scheduling system and so on.Firstly this paper researchs on MES in domestic enterprises and combine the use of the G company’s internal system,then using QFD,dual code analysis, sensitivity analysis,DFEMA and other tools for G company’s MES project feasibility analysis. Finally through the analysis of the paper, a conclusion is drawn: the MES project is necessary to carry out, because the System can be integrated into the production scheduling, product tracking, quality control, equipment failure analysis, reporting and other management functions in a unified platform. At the same time for production, quality control, process, logistics and other departments to provide workshop management information services so that enterprises in a timely manner according to the internal resources and external demand changes in production, which can help companies reduce costs, schedule delivery, improve product quality and service quality. The paper also puts forward suggestions on the feasibility of MES project in the end.
