In the face of drastic changes and increasingly brutal competition in the domestic and foreign markets,the application of informatization has become particularly significant in the role of manufacturing innovation and technological innovation in manufacturing companies.A company is a large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise that has long been engaged in the research and manufacture of railroad truck equipment.To solve problems such as shorter delivery time and frequent changes in order tasks,company A has introduced lean production management ideas and promoted it throughout the company.The company's overall management upgrade has played a positive role in promoting and has received certain results.With the in-depth promotion of the lean production management model,new management problems have emerged.Company A expects to use the Manufacturing Execution System(abbreviated as MES)to solidify the existing lean production management model,and at the same time,promote lean production to deepen the company' s progress.Application to improve the company's competitive advantage.The paper takes the analysis and implementation of manufacturing execution system of company A based on lean production as the research object.Through the literature research and field investigation methods,the lean production theory and MES theory are studied,and after the integration of lean production and MES,The resulting effect was studied.Through the analysis of the lean production management model of the company,the objectives of the MES design requirements are defined,the necessity and feasibility of implementing MES based on lean production are analyzed,and the main business processes that need to be solidified under the lean production management model are performed.Combating and analyzing user,function and data at the same time.Based on the ISA95 standard,the overall framework of the MES system is designed,the business scenario of the MES system is designed,and the MES function modules and database are designed in detail.The implementation strategy and implementation method of the MES system are proposed.Explained the implementation of process management and personnel,funding,technology and implementation and other safeguard measures,and analyzed the implementation effect of MES system,and finally achieved the lean production management model in the company's A management system to achieve the desired goal.The purpose of this article is to adopt the lean production-based MES,and the company's lean production management model can play its due role,and solidify it into the company's management system to provide a new way of thinking and methods to achieve lean,real-time,The new visualized management model avoids the phenomenon of "two skins" and the production efficiency has really improved.At the same time,it is helpful for companies that are implementing MES and companies that are implementing lean production to provide management concepts and information integration.
