With the rapid development of our economy, especially after the accession to the WTO Chinese, state-owned enterprises and other types of enterprises have been developing rapidly. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises the most rapidly, has become the main force of China’s economic development. These enterprises in the process of operation is not the first time that a crucial role, human resources. Want to retain good employees, it must be reasonable and appropriate incentives. Effective incentive can help enterprises to solve this problem, which is an integral part of salary incentive is the key. Because of China’s labor-intensive small and medium enterprises accounted for the majority, so do these front-line staff salary incentive system, will bring more benefits and value to the enterprise.This paper takes L company as the research object, mainly from L company production status of compensation incentive, the problems to be solved urgently, production staff of L company incentive problems, and try to establish a suitable for L company employee incentive plan, provide a reference for the similar enterprise application, there is very important practical significance. The compensation system of L company from the production staff, the company human resources management system, there are still many defects. Therefore, to find the corresponding protection measures, can improve the utilization rate of the company’s human resources. The results of this study related to the enterprise operators incentive also has certain reference significance.
