China is the world's largest cigarette production and consumption country, the world's major tobacco giants, China accounted for one third of the world's cigarette market has been the temptation. In the context of global economic integration, tobacco enterprises through joint, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, improve the degree of industrial concentration and focus of the brand, increase their core competitiveness, it is an inevitable choice. But according to the information, merger and reorganization of enterprises as an important form of outward expansion. The success proportion is not certainly ideal. Possible causes for the failure of many, but in the merger and reorganization of the human resources integration is an impact on the success or failure of important factors.
