In recent years, many cases of merger event have occurred in Taizhou city, such as the Hongkong LEYBOLD Group overall acquired Mingfa Grease of Taixing, the photoelectric company of China Ordnance Group acquired the Taixing aircraft company electric connector, JiChuan Pharmaceutical Group purchased TianJi Pharmaceutical Industry and so on. As a kind of enterprise behavior, M&A is current world each country enterprise chase, because it can bring such as scale economy, resource allocation, portfolio synergy effect for the enterprise.it Is the important enterprises means of rapid expansion. But the enterprise merger and acquisition is the "battlefield", rather than "hotbed". According to many scholars’ practice survey on the M&A, human resources integration failure has become a major cause of failure in enterprises. Whether can effectively implement human resources integration of enterprise merger and acquisition has become a key factor in the success of M&A. Selecting suitable target and sign a favorable deal just the beginning of success, the strategic framework, business integration and so on affect the enterprise mergers and acquisitions success after the merger of enterprises, while the enterprises human resource integration is the priority of the process of the integration. In this paper, through a combination of theory and practice research methods, we firstly study and research the theory in academic circles; secondly, we with Yihai Kerry Investment Co., Ltd.merged Jiangsu Spring Fruit Biological Products Co., Ltd as the case to pay attention to the integration process; then, use human resources conformity in the process of acquisition as the breakthrough point, applying mathematical methods to measure integrated economic benefit, evaluate the effect of integration. We research the worthy of reference points and deficiencies and to appear the reason of these problems in-depth analysis, also put forward the specific strategies of human resources integration in enterprise merger and acquisition, and expect to proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the human resources integration in the acquisition of grain and oil industry.
