A Study Of Employee Motivation Based On The Business Ethics

The enterprise benefit is direct lied on the employee enthusiasm. The traditional enterprise management has deeply economic benefit trail on mobilizing enthusiasm and inspiriting, because of the temptation of economic benefit. In this paper, I try to find a new way to set up a harmonious and active relationship between the enterprise and the employee, by studying businessethics and analyzing the complication of employee.The business ethics is the behave of the human society ethics rule and behavior in the economic activity. The kernel of business ethics is regarding people, respecting people and serving people, which is to make the enterprise take on its social responsibility and morality responsibility, which will promote human economy civilization eunomy development. The business has four functions, the first is introjecting, the second is restricting, the third is agglomerating, the fourth is oriented.The essential of motivation process is the process that people inspire his own inducement. The inducement is a resultant force that is interactived by three factors: need temptation, reinforcement and goal abduction. Need arouses inducement, inducement lead to behavior. The inducement just try to join the three factors together, which makes up of the process of inducementinspiring.There are three parts of reasons of introducing the business ethics into motivation, by considering the modern motivation theory ethically. And the motivation based on the business ethics has four principles, they are equity motivation, honesty-credit motivation, democracy motivation, deontology-profit motivation.The analyzing of employee motivation factors based on business ethics is described by two ways , the one is static state, the other is dynamic state. The static state's researchable object is general employee and manager. When analyzing the effective motivation factors, we integrate the business ethics and the motivation principle, the employee need and the idea of people first together. The dynamic state is based on the theory of life psychology development cycle, which analyzing three phases of the employee that is older adolescence, medium adult and forepart agedness .
