| Today, with the aggravation of the market competition and transition of the production mode, the relation between enterprises has changed from pure competition to cooperation, under the pressure of the cost. It's wise for enterprises to make great efforts developing cooperation relation and construct the supply chain. Outstanding supply chain can strengthen competition advantage of enterprise; impel the improvement of the key competition power of member enterprise. As a key element of supply chain, suppliers importance is outstanding day by day, and supplier management receives extensive attention from domestic and international enterprises. So strengthen management in supplier is very importance to enterprises.On the basis of the conclusion of supplier management theory , this paper studies its materials classify and supplier management strategies, and analyses the existing questions of XQ company in supplier management according to the characteristic of mechanical enterprise and the current supplier management situation of XQ company. This paper classify again with scientific methods to supplier according theory and actual situation, and adopt model of classify management. In order to play the whole advantage of supply chain, realize the information sharing, supplement with each other's advantages, reach a result of two-wins and set up a steady and healthy cooperative partner and strategic alliance relation, at the same time the supplier of XQ company t is classified and credit evaluated, then sets up a supplier credit evaluation system of XQ company. On the basis of it, the encouragement measures of different kinds of suppliers is studied. The research conclusions of this paper have some reference function in raising the supplier management level of XQ company, also some reference function to others enterprises of colleague industries. |
