With the economy globalization and the ever changing business environment, enterprises are facing intense competition and challenges. It's very important to establish a scientific systemic new compensation management system of postal enterprises for its survival and achieving competitive advantage.This thesis first explains the background and significance of compensation designing from four aspects: the micro aspect, postal system, present compensation system and postal operation strategies. It analyses the general compensation situations all over the world, introduce the present development of postal compensation system. It makes an in-depth analysis on present compensation situation of Hubei postal service and its future strategic orientation. It also studies the Hubei postal service's compensation problems. Through analyzing and researching the six departments'compensation policy elaborately , the thesis provide a policy that Hubei postal departments should adopt.By using questionnaires, observation method, interviewing method and other means, the thesis puts forward a detailed description about work content, working methods, working environment of different branches of Hubei Post Office and the knowledge, abilities, skills and experiences that the executives should have. The thesis makes an integrated measurement evaluation on positions via a summary of information obtained through collating, sorting, summarizing, and necessary judgment. It also solves the problem about internal pay equity. The thesis design personalized pay system for Hubei branch of the postal on wage policies, incentives policy, welfare policy, continuing education according to spectacular professional life cycle and operational characteristics of each branch. Finally,the thesis brings forward future research direction in allusion to the problems lying in the research .
