Difference of the fifth wave of the global scale reorganization which began at 1990s of the 20th century and the diversified development trends lies in, that the integration after the related reorganization becomes the mainstream; to make practical promotion of enterprises' competitiveness, and create value for the enterprises, we should tread integration as a key factor. However, many of the reorganized enterprises have realized the importance of integration in reality, but because of the lack of theoretical guidance, the overall success rate of corporate restructuring is very low.With the sustained, rapid economic development, China's petroleum enterprises have already begun a massive wave of reorganization and integration. To provide effective guidance to China's petroleum enterprises' management practice, and enhance the overall success rate of the reorganization and integration, this paper stands the view of oil enterprises' future development, researches China's petroleum enterprise integration models systematically.This paper made an exploratory comparison integration model to the Chinese oil enterprise with the universal, guiding significance , mainly through the sorting out of relevant theoretical results and refining of practice and experience. The full text includes three parts :The first part is the background and related theoretical research, including Chapter I and II. Chapter I recalls the history of the China's petroleum enterprises' reorganization and integration, analyzes the research situation in and abroad; Chapter II briefly introduces the basic theories about integration.The second part is the premise situation of making the model of China petroleum enterprise integration, including Chapter III and IV. Chapter III analyzes present situation of oil enterprises' integration, and the various problems and analysis in the integration; Chapter IV introduces circumstances of other enterprises' reorganization and integration in and abroad, makes a reference model for the China's oil enterprises' integration in all fields.The third component is the core part of this paper, including Chapter V and VI. Chapter V mainly proposes integration model for China petroleum enterprises based on the previous paper: to study and explore from of strategic, organizational structure and corporate culture, and human resources, and makes in-depth analysis on the integration process of three aspects above separately; Chapter VI proposes five-point policy proposals on the basis of the reality.
