At present,China's economy is undergoing a period of transformation and development.To promote structural reforms on the supply side,a new round of reforms centered on optimizing the allocation of state-owned capital has prompted more and more state-owned enterprises to join the ranks of mergers and acquisitions.Mergers and acquisitions have become an important choice for many state-owned enterprises to adjust and optimize ownership structure and restructure their ownership.In the process of mergers and acquisitions,more and more companies have realized that cultural integration plays a role in promoting the success of corporate mergers and acquisitions and restructuring strategies.In practice,they also tried to implement some attempts to integrate corporate culture.From the perspective of strategic implementation,this thesis will study corporate culture as an indispensable element in the implementation of the strategy,adopt literature research and case study methods,and conduct in-depth discussions on the cultural integration of state-owned enterprises after restructuring,hoping to provide similar enterprises with valuable reference.This thesis selects FZ Corporation as a case company and analyzes a series of corporate culture conflicts during the implementation of the merger and reorganization strategy that began at the end of 2015.It focuses on the needs of corporate strategic reorganization for corporate culture and combines detailed analysis of its restructuring.Based on the history and corporate strategy after restructuring,using the “Denison organizational culture model”,a corporate culture assessment questionnaire was designed,and semi-structured interviews,in-depth interviews,and questionnaires were used to diagnose and analyze the status quo of corporate culture and find its core Loss of values,unclear corporate vision,conflict of management concepts and other issues that do not match strategy implementation,and on the basis of the analysis of the causes of the company's cultural conflicts,targeted the cultural integration work program,and the reorganized FZ company.The concrete reorganization measures at each level of the corporate culture were evaluated for the implementation effect.
