As a large scale enterprise of CNC group,Harbin CNC with the extensive telecomm network and credit advantage had been in a leading position of the telecommunication market.However, under the good growth,Harbin CNC also face the rigorous challenge.Such as: the speech telecomm tend to be individual and mobile, fix telephone bussiness income descends continuously, the original shortage of PHS make the Harbin CNC face the tired challenge of the business growth.Where is the strategic point of existing market and whether should the Harbin CNC takes broad band for the center in the future,Therefore, this paper makes scientific researches on this subject in order to provide scientific and effective approach for the development of Harbin CNC.Firstly,this paper investigates the market conditions such as market scale, competition situation, market quota and competitor of Harbin telecomm operation. And then, the management circumstances of Harbin CNC are summarized and recapitulated. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the competition environment and competitive condition faced, this paper analyses competition environment of Harbin telecomm operation taking the modern marketing theories and using the approaches of SWOT analysis,core competencies analysis and 4P analysis,and draws the scientific conclusions from exerting advantage,marketing operation etc.
