This thesis analysis the problem of younger staff train work of Lanzhou Petrochemical Corporation, arrange and explain the theory of staff train management study. Under the direct of these theories, try to research Lanzhou Petrochemical Corporation youth train task in order to help the enterprise to improve younger staff train work , reinforce the exploiting of younger staff, promote the enterprise developed consistently and healthily.Up to the appearance of new Technical revolution, the main factor which forcing economic are no longer capital and manpower, but technology and knowledge. Originally speaking, it is talent which is the carrier of technology and knowledge .Talent is the treasure of a country, is the symbol of nation's prosperity. Younger talent is the most activity power in the society. The condition of younger staff decides the prospect of whole talent resource. Madding mass of younger staff who with good diathesis and don't afraid of mistake by train is the urge test demand to realize the constant development of train task, is the vital action to reinforce the entirety competitiveness. The study of younger staff train work of LAN Zhou Petrochemical Corporation is valid to Manpower resources development of state-owned enterprise, and it also makes sense to the core-competitiveness. The thesis analysis the present condition and problem of the corporation's train work.According to the gross requirement of modern youth train management, combining with the actually condition of CNPC ,we make a pertinent train plan: First , make a train plan to promote senior youth manager; second , make a train plan to promote youth engineering manager , third , make a train plan to promote youth artificer. And what's more , we bring forward advices to carry out these plan : First ,change our mind , set correct consciousness of train ; second , set up scientific and reasonable organization of train project; third , constitute scientific strategy and policy to exploit manpower resource ; forth , found and stepwise consummate ensure mechanism of train plan; fifth ,set up scientific and effective evaluate mechanism of train plan.
