Along with our country state-owned enterprise reform gradually thorough, long-term is conditioned by the planned economy management system of petroleum enterprise is facing many challenges, among them on how to use the advanced management method to establish the modern staff incentive mechanism has met some problems. KF company as a service company specialized in oil and gas exploration, though in human resource management has already been taken many measures, but has not yet formed a set of attracting talent, retain talent, talent’s cultivation and development of effective staff incentive mechanism system. How to optimize the KF staff incentive mechanism design is the main starting point and the key point in the research of this paper.This article through to the incentive theory of both at home and abroad, has been clear about the concept, function of motivation and incentive mechanism and its related theory of evolution process, learning and learning advanced experience from domestic and foreign advanced incentive theory. With KF company as the research object, through to the KF existing incentive mechanism described the present status, found in the process of KF the company’s operation and management, there is a motivation concepts backward, according to seniority is serious, the lack of staff career planning, ignoring employee training education, lack of freedom of flexible compensation system, etc. Think that the cause of KF the company employees incentive mechanism problem for system reasons and external reasons and their own reasons.
