With the acceleration of the pace of technological innovation, and the constant deepening of globalization, governments continue to relax and control the limits of the industry gradually blurred, a dynamic competitive environment is forming in this new environment, enterprises face tremendous uncertainty, ambiguity and growing strategic discontinuity (strategic discontinuities) , these are rapidly changing the competitive nature. This highly dynamic and changeable environment constantly cause confusion, the non-balanced and highly uncertain, almost evolved into a permanent state of imbalance, which makes enterprise "Sustainable competitive advantage" no longer exists, in the new competitive environment, the industry can no longer expect to have a stable and perennial, no single organization can establish a lasting competitive advantage, each of competitive advantage may be eroded. The competitive advantage is to create and destroy fast pace of any competitors can maintain a competitive advantage in its original time is dramatically reduced.Therefore, to explore the impact of competitive advantage recession factors and preventive measures, and to create new competitive advantages for the purpose of strategic behavior, and achieving competitive advantage, and the constant renewal of the turn, that is, the former business a competitive advantage before the recession began, on the other started a new competitive edge. This build mutual connection or from the competitive advantages of following the "Continuum" , a continuous wave-like forward trajectory, so that enterprises will not crushed competition from the ultra is the purpose of this study. Competitive advantages of this study from the perspective of the life cycle of competitive advantages and features of the mechanism of recession, corporate external and internal factors to comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the recession competitive advantage, and to be proven through empirical research, concludes with the methods and preventive measures.The contents of thesis arrangements summarized as follows:Introduction Chapter 1 is to research purposes, research status and research framework to make a brief overview and described and presented research papers to be the problem.Chapter 2 on the basis of relevant theories outlined some of the main competitive advantage theory, the life-cycle theory, which are the necessary thesis on theoretical support. Chapter 3 to the fifth chapter is the main parts of thesis, which, based on the third chapter of the life-cycle theory of the evolution of competitive advantage principle and paths, so as to the definition of competitive advantage recession and laid the basis for analysis features, and then from corporate external and internal factors affecting the competitive advantage of the perspective of the reasons for the recession, an empirical study of chapter 4 laid theoretical framework. Chapter 4 is to survey, using structural equation modeling to test the hypothesis, and to discuss. Chapter 5 on the basis of chapter 4 empirical analysis of factors affecting further explore the competitive distinctions recession preventive measures.Chapter 6 is a summary of some papers, in addition to sum up, on the conclusion of the study and the major innovation but also pointed out deficiencies, the expansion and further research directions.
