With the economic globalization, cross-penetration technology, information tech nology and the rapid development of e-commerce, knowledge and other intangible el ements become increasingly important corporate resources, The external environment faced by the enterprises is full of greater unpredictability and uncertainty, Competition among enterprises will become more intense, the single competitive advantage is becoming more difficult to maintain, and the cycle will become increasingly short. If enterprises in the current dynamic business environment want to sustainable survive and develop, they must extricate themselves actively from the traditional concept of competitive advantage to explore the competitive advantages created by new thinking . As competitive advantages research object in the theory is non-homogeneity enterprises, The competitive advantages is such a complex phenomenon, every researcher choose his own research or base on the premise that he stand in a certain angle to grasp the essence of business .The competitive advantage derived views. Although highly abstract of the study for how to solve more complex provide insights, but there is a gap between the enterprises and the abstract reality of the business , The interpretation to the real world is too simple point of view. The evolution of theory on enterprises source of competitive advantage and sustainable competitive advantage in theory sector develop from exogenous to endogenous, from static to dynamic theory and form a variety of theoretical system. Various theories separated are difficult to make a convincing explanation on the competitive advantage of this major issue, and the lack of internal logic of consistency, and business-related limited to a certain area, They do not recognize that the competitive advantages will change or even transfer as the external environment change, and that with the growing competition intensity, a single competitive advantage of enterprises is unable to support the rapid and sustainable development.In this paper, no matter what the current industry enterprises are, it's necessary to make great efforts to seek a dynamic balance between the environment and their own advantages. It's impossible for enterprises with the traditional competitive advantages to obtain sustainable development. It's key for enterprises to seek new advantageous sources, develop a number of competitive advantages and maintain flexibility matching the environmental requirements. It is impossible to achieve long-term survival and development if neglecting the dynamic characteristics of the environment or not effectively dealing with those, not to mention long-term competitive advantage and long-term access to above-average profit gains. Therefore, this paper, starting on the challenging faced by the enterprise in the current dynamic business environment and basing on comparatively analyzing and evaluating the traditional theory of competitive advantage and the latest results of and competitive advantage, proposed a new idea that enterprises, to achieve sustainable development in a dynamic environment fierce competition must be updated to dynamically build competitive advantage group, which means that enterprises, after developing a competitive advantage, must maintain a high degree of flexibility and create new competitive advantages to update and replace existing competitive advantages, before their competitors'destruction or erosion, or before the competitive advantage becoming ineffective, thus enterprises can obtain a temporary lead in a number of competitive advantages. The competitive advantages group, made up of a number of leading competitive advantage, make companies change in relying on and concerning the different competitive advantages with the passage of time and environmental change, realize update and substitute between the main and auxiliary competitive advantages during different stages, and have continuously a leading role in competition, thus realize the transformation from a single competitive advantage of competitive advantage into the sustainable competitive advantage group, and realize the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper also proposed the required point of view for developing updated dynamically competitive advantage group, and described the construction process for developing the dynamic update the competitive advantage.
